By use of the Sites, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your personal data under this Privacy Policy (which includes our Cookie Policy and other documents referenced in this Privacy Policy) and agree to our Terms of Use.

Information that We Collect

We may collect information from or about you and your activities when you use our Sites, and you may provide us certain information when you register with our Sites, download an application, download or view content, or sign up for a product or service. If you choose to submit content for publication online or in other forums, we may publish your screen name and other Information you have provided to us on our Sites, the Internet, or elsewhere.

Cookies and Other Technologies

As further described in our Cookie Policy, we use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels, ad tags and device identifiers) to recognize you and/or your device(s) on, off and across different Services and devices. We also allow some others to use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content within the Site. We may track this click-through data to help us measure the effectiveness of our communications. To avoid this tracking, you should not click text or graphic links in the email messages.

Managing Your Privacy

You may opt out of receiving promotional messages or targeted advertising from us by contacting us at and following instructions in the emails you receive. However, you may still be served generic advertising on the Sites that is not customized to you personally.


Retention of Personal Information

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

International Users

We operate internationally, but our Sites are currently based in the United States of America. Please be aware that any information you provide to us or that we obtain as a result of your use of the Site may be processed and transferred to the United States and be subject to United States law. The privacy and data protection laws in the United States may not be equivalent to such laws in your country of residence (e.g., the European Union or Switzerland). Do Not Track Disclosures

Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites with which the user communicates.  Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they are aware of them.  We currently do not take action in response to these signals.
